Quotes of sheet metal fabrication from Canada

Recently, we got some quotes of sheet metal fabrication from Canada clients, below are the details:

1. Hi, I'd like to get a quote for the file below. Made in Stainless Steel 304. After engraved, I'd like it be colored like the picture. The white color in the flag we be painted white, but the crab in the middle will not be painted at all. I'm starting a business and am looking for a new manufacturer so I have other pieces to be quoted. Can I get a quote for sample price, quantity of 50, 100, 500, 1000, and 5000? With shipping price as well? Would also like to get a sense of lead time. Thank you.

5. I would like 10 pieces of my tracker bookmark as evaluation samples. They may be cnc cut from 0.040" thick, clear, poly-carbonate sheet.

6. I want to make it in metal. Surface finishing is preferred to be smooth.

8. We need 3 units of the attached nozzle from steel with Ra1.6 internal surface on the venturi. Apart from the thread, the other surfaces can be "as machined". Can we have a price for delivery?
